Shipping, Returns & Policies

As Hannah George Vintage is a one woman brand please allow 1-3 working days for your order to be processed, packed and shipped. We will get your treasures sent out to you as soon as possible and notify you immediately should there be any delays or issues regarding your order.

All UK orders are posted with Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For, unless you choose otherwise at the check out, however this is our preferred method as it means we can make sure it gets to you safely.

All international orders are sent using Royal Mail International Tracked, to avoid parcels going missing in the post as far as possible.

Please note that once items have been shipped we are not liable, this is why we will always recommend tracked shipping to avoid items getting lost in the postal system as much as possible. Due to the nature of vintage we cannot accept returns and are not liable for items once they have been dispatched, however, if you do encounter problems please do not hesitate to contact us at info@hannahgeorgevintage.com.

All of our garments and accessories are hand-picked and 99% of the time previously loved. They have been worn, cherished and often mended during their life; this age is part of their beauty. We will always mention any damage over and above normal vintage wear and include as many photos as possible, however if there are any discrepancies or issues with your order, please contact us at info@hannahgeorgevintage.com.
