A stunning 1940s sheer jersey slip with hand-attached petticoats and hemmed with lace, the Ellie dress is a one-of-a-kind piece amended in the 1940s by her ballerina owner.
She's perfect for layering or wearing alone when the summer months come and she has gorgeous paneling details completed with lace. The straps are adjustable in length.
As with all vintage and antique garments, it's important to check the measurements below against your own. The Ellie dress is approximately a UK size 6-8 and has a small amount of natural stretch in the mesh jersey:
