Olivia 1960s Psychedelic Butterfly Blouse

The Olivia blouse may be one of my favourites that I've ever found, so much so that this gorgeous piece comes straight from my private collection. You just can't go wrong with a great 1960s print, especially when it's full of fuschia tones and butterflies. The ruffled neckline and cuffs make it the perfect day to night blouse and those sleeves are beautifully sheer!

From the label Elsie Whiteley, the Olivia blouse dates from the mid-1960s and is made from sheer organza.

As with all vintage and antique garments, it's important to check the measurements below against your own. Olivia is meant to be worn fitted or tucked in and is approximately a UK size 10-12:

Shoulders: 15.5 inches

Bust: 39 inches

Waist: 26-34 inches

Hip: 40 inches

Length: 23 inches

Sleeve Length: 36.5 inches

Bicep: 14 inches

She is almost 60 years old and in beautiful, wearable condition for her age.

The Olivia blouse is machine washable on a cold wash, however I always recommend handwashing vintage pieces where possible.
